ReMultiList.com Listing Plans.

ReMultiList.com offers two types of listings. PPL (pay per listing) and Subscriptions. The PPLs are usually best suited for FSBO (for sale by owners), real estate investors and small realtors with small numbers of listings. Subscription listing are best suited for real estate brokers and realtors with multiple properties to be listed on a continuing basis. We offer many PPL and Subscription plans and we are sure you will find one to fit your needs. All of our listing plans offer you the choice of recurring and non-recurring payments, allowing you to continue your listing process without the need to return to PayPal to make your payments.

"Featured Listings" is a rotation system that places links and thumbnail images on ReMultiList.com's main page and other pages, allowing visitors to go directly to your listing.

"Virtual Tours" uses Standard Spherical 360° Panoramic Images in the .jpg format to add a Panoramic view of your property to your listing. In order to use this feature you will need a Standard Spherical 360° Panoramic Images in the .jpg format with a maximum width of 3000 pixels. ReMultiList.com will not create the virtual tour for you from standard images. You are required to create the virtual tour and upload the resulting images to ReMultiList.com. PPL Listing Plans.

PPL-1 Plan: $4.95 per month.

1 Property listing with up to 6 photos

PPL-2 Plan: $6.95 per month.

1 Property listing with up to 6 photos plus a "Featured Listing".

PPL-3 Plan: $8.95 per month.

1 Property listing with up to 6 photos plus a "Featured Listing" and a "Virtual Tour" available on your listing page.

Subscription Listing Plans.

Once a subscriber marks a listing as sold, the sold property can be replaced with a new listing in accordance to their subscription plan.

One Month Subscription Plans:

Subscription 1-11 Plan: $13.95 per month.

Up to 3 Property listings with up to 6 photos per listing.

Subscription 1-12 Plan: $15.95 per month.

Up to 3 Property listings with up to 6 photos per listing plus "Featured Listings" available for each listing.

Subscription 1-13 Plan: $27.95 per month.

Up to 6 Property listings with up to 6 photos per listing plus "Featured Listings" available for each listing.

Three Month Subscription Plans:

Subscription 3-11 Plan: $35.95 for three months.

Up to 3 Property listings with up to 6 photos per listing plus "Featured Listings" available for each listing.

Subscription 3-12 Plan: $67.95 for three months.

Up to 6 Property listings with up to 6 photos per listing plus "Featured Listings" available for each listing.

Subscription 3-13 Plan: $69.95 for three months.

Up to 6 Property listings with up to 6 photos per listing plus "Featured Listings" and "Virtual Tours" available for each listing.

Six Month Subscription Plans:

Subscription 6-11 Plan: $119.95 for six months.

Up to 6 Property listings with up to 6 photos per listing plus "Featured Listings" and "Virtual Tours" available for each listing.

Subscription 6-12 Plan: $199.95 for six months.

Up to 12 Property listings with up to 6 photos per listing plus "Featured Listings" and "Virtual Tours" available for each listing.

One Year Subscription Plans:

Subscription 12-11 Plan: $379.95 for one year.

Up to 15 Property listings with up to 6 photos per listing plus "Featured Listings" and "Virtual Tours" available for each listing.

Subscription 12-12 Plan: $499.95 for one year.

Unlimited Property listings with up to 6 photos per listing plus "Featured Listings" and "Virtual Tours" available for each listing.
