Q: Can you tell us about the signup and listing process?

A: Yes, to signup you need to read and agree to our terms and conditions, fill-in some needed information, select the listing package and property class you wish and continue to processing. We use PayPal for secure online payment processing. PayPal is one of the largest and most trusted Internet payment processors and is owned by ebay. There is no fee to you for paying through PayPal. Through PayPal IPN (Instant Payment Notification), your ReMultiList.com account is available immediately upon payment. In the case that you pay by eCheck, your account is created automatically as soon as your check clears. You will stay notified of all transactions. Rest assured, your payments are secure. We do not collect or retain any financial or banking information internally or on our servers. From there the listing process is pretty straight forward. First you login and go to your personal home page. Next you should click on the "Edit My Account" icon to edit your contact information and upload your personal photos. These photos should be a maximum size of 150k and a maximum width of 700 pixels. These photo show you on your listings and on the "View Agents" page. Next, you can add your listings by clicking on the "Create New Listing" icon. Here you create your listing, upload your photos and virtual tours. The same photo sizes apply here, 150k and 700px wide and the virtual tour requirments are listed below. Be sure to complete all appropriate fields and take your time with your “Short Description” text box which is described fully in the next question. To edit your listings later, click on the "Edit My Listing" icon on your personal home page. If you run in to any difficulties. please don't hesitate to email us.
